Emperor's Breakfast Old Fashioned

Ingredients (per cocktail):

·    60 ml bourbon
·    60ml cooled Emperor’s Breakfast tea
·    1 cube sugar (or a teaspoon of un-refined sugar)
·    2 dashes bitters
·    Sliver of orange peel

Method:

In a tumbler dissolve the sugar cube in the Emperor’s Breakfast tea
Add the bitters.
Add the ice and slowly stir in the bourbon to chill.

Garnish with a twist
