Created by Nathan Merriman of the American Bar at the Savoy the day Etta James died.

Ingredients:

45ml Martin Millers gin infused with 5g Jasmine Silver Tip

12.5ml St Germain

10ml Fino Sherry

2 Dash Bitter Truth Celery Bitters

Method:

Infuse about 5g of Jasmine Silver Tip in 45ml Martin Millers Gin for 5mins. Strain of the leaves.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir.

Serve up in a sherry glass.

Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
