Jasmine Tail

Ingredients:

5g Jasmine Silver Tip Tea (to infuse)

50ml Koniks Tail Vodka

10ml Fino Sherry

5ml Elderflower Cordial

2 drops of Absinthe

Method:

Add 5g of Jasmine Silver Tip tea to 50ml of Koniks Tail Vodka and infuse for 5 minutes.

Strain off the leaves, these can be used again or even brewed for a vodka laced cup of tea.

Add the Sherry, Elderflower Cordial and Absinthe; shake over ice and strain to serve.
