Prune Tease

Ingredients:
1/3 La Vieille Prune
1/3 Antica Formular Carpano Vermouth
1/3 St John Afternoon Blend Tea (or Lost Malawi)
Method:
Infuse a heaped teaspoon of St John Blend Afternoon Tea for 3-5 minutes. Lost Malawi works well if you can't get your hands on St John blend.
Add all of the ingredients to a shaker, stir slowly with a bar spoon over ice until cold.
Serve straight up over ice with a prune and lemon zest garnish.
To make your garnish get a small piece of soft prune and long thin slice of zest and coil together and secure with a cocktail stick.
