Green tea is steamed or pan-fired to prevent oxidization and retain the fresh green flavours of the leaf.

The leaves are fired in a wok over charcoal in the same way it has been produced for 5000 years. Clean and refreshing with a light smoky undertone this tea is the antithesis of bitter, mass produced green teas.
