Japanese Gyokuro Green Tea

This Gyokuro was blended by one of the most esteemed and skilled tea masters in Shizuoka.  He has selected the finest leaves of 2010's production from across Japan. Be prepared to be utterly astounded.

The tea is far more eloquent than any website could ever be.

Many, many small infusions can be made from these precious leaves.  Please infuse carefully with cool water at 37 degrees for the 1st infusion rising to 60 degrees for the 7th. 

When the leaves are exhausted after the seventh cups they can be sprinkled with a little light soya suace and devoured along with a glass of sake.
