I discovered Rare Tea Company by reading Infused by Henrietta Lovell, The Tea Lady. The description of her travels for these perfect teas, and the descriptions of tastings and how to prepare them to best advantage was a revelation to this non tea drinker. I ordered a gift set and have been so pleased by all the product. Opening the Earl Grey packet, I was amazed at the lovely fragrance of bergamot that scented the air. I realized from that awareness I’d only smelled synthetic bergamot til that moment. What a discovery! I love all the Rare Teas I have tried. Learning about ideal temperatures and 60 to 90 second steeping times has made all the difference in the world in being able to enjoy and savor a cup of these gorgeous teas.
